Insurance
All telehealth visits are private pay; we do not accept insurance. This allows us to maintain a smaller patient panel in order to spend more time with each person.

We are not currently accepting patients with Medicaid or Medicare coverage.

New Patient Consultation (60 minutes): $375
A comprehensive telehealth visit with a menopause certified physician who will address your perimenopause or menopause concerns. Your health history will be reviewed prior to your appointment. During the visit, we’ll discuss your symptoms and offer evidence-based treatment options and strategies for symptom relief and long term health goals. While labs are usually not required to diagnose or treat (peri)menopause, we can order any tests if indicated. We will help connect you with additional support services as needed, such as a nutritionist. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that fits your needs and lifestyle, which can be accessed any time in the patient portal.
Follow-Up Visit (30 minutes): $200
For ongoing support, checking in on symptoms, and fine-tuning your treatment plan as needed. When starting a new medication, a follow up appointment is required to ensure it’s working well for you, make any necessary adjustments, and provide refills.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of scheduling. We accept secure credit card payments online. Services are FSA/HSA eligible. Please check with your plan administrator with questions.
Practice Policies
Telehealth In Florida
Due to state medical licensing laws, we can only provide telehealth services to patients who are physically located in Florida at the time of their appointment. All visits are conducted via secure video conferencing. In-person appointments are not available at this time.
No Insurance Billing
This is a direct-pay practice. We do not bill insurance. A superbill can be requested for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged the full visit fee.
Communication
Established patients may send non-urgent messages via the secure portal, which will be answered within 1-2 business days.
Prescriptions & Refills
Medications, including refills, are prescribed for patients actively under care and may require a follow-up appointment depending on the medication or timing since your last visit.
Labs & Imaging
We may order labs or imaging through third-party providers, such as Quest, if necessary. We do not draw labs or conduct in-person testing.

Collaborative Care
Our services are intended to complement, not replace, your regular primary and gynecological care. You may be referred back to your in-person team for exams, urgent issues, or diagnostics requiring physical evaluation.
